We are proud to offer products made with care. Our sewing room in Vietnam employs women highly skilled in their craft.
A Little About Claudia and Dina
Dina and Claudia met when Claudia had her retail store. For many years, Claudia bought from Dina, and she loved her product but was often frustrated with the customer service. There was no catalog, website, or other marketing materials. Claudia learned that Dina was doing everything on her own, so she offered to help. After flying to Fort Worth and visiting her US warehouse, the partnership began. Claudia handles sales, marketing, and managing Lenora, while Dina owns the sewing room in Vietnam and produces products. The two work hand-in-hand on product design.
A Little About Vietnam
After working with major companies in New York, Dina started a small workshop in 2001 with 4 sewing machines, 2 pattern makers, and has since grown to 36 employees, many of whom have worked with Dina from the beginning.
All the women receive benefits like health insurance, a retirement plan, maternity coverage, holiday bonuses, and overtime pay when necessary. For example, when the sewing room was opened after the pandemic lockdowns, it was time to catch up on back orders, so they received overtime pay. During the lockdowns, all women were paid 50% of their salary.
We’re so proud of our products, and we hope they are cherished within your family. These pieces are made to be worn for generations to come. Share your Lenora on Instagram with #LivingInLenora and tag us, so we can see it! Thanks for reading and shopping with Lenora.
