Refund policy

Returns:

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns of customized or used items. Non-customized items that haven’t been used or laundered can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

We are unable to offer free returns at this time, so a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund for the return.

 

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 506 Manchester Expressway, C-5, Columbus GA 31904, United States.

At this time, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We hope as we continue to grow, free returns are something we can offer our customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the refund or exchange is occurring due to our error, we will cover the cost of shipping to mail it back to our warehouse.
